Hi my name is Siena Hertlein and I am from Manhattan Beach, California. I am currently a second year student at the University of Oregon studying Advertising with a minor in Art. I am super excited to learn more about Advertising as I get to take more focused classes within the next two years.

I am a member of Pi Beta Phi and hold the Vice President of Recruitment position. This position has strengthened my leadership skills and shown me the importance of effectively leading and supporting a large group of women. Through this experience, I have gained confidence in my ability to take on challenges, adapt under pressure, and grow both personally and professionally. I highly value communication, collaboration, and the relationships I have built with my team, and I strive to lead with positivity and accountability. It is an honor to have been chosen by my chapter to represent and lead the throughout our recruitment process, and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow from this experience.

Outside of academics, I enjoy exploring my creativity through drawing. Art has always been an important creative outlet for me, and I make it a priority to dedicate time to it whenever possible.
