This project really allowed me to reflect on myself and my creativity. Figuring out how to express my process in a different way meant a lot to me and really set me up for success. The prompts were specific and clear yet there was an infinite amount of room to highlight my own creativity and interpret it in a way that felt true to myself.
Tabula Rasa Social Media

I have been working at Tabula Rasa since February of 2023. This past summer, I was lucky enough to start a Tik Tok account for the store to promote products and dip my toes into Advertising within social media. It showed me how challenging it can be to create new content and connect with audiences. It allowed me to get creative and find inspiration from other local businesses while keeping the content true to Tabula Rasa and our values.

Though I am only half way through my role as VPR, I have learned so many skills that I will take with me as I step into the real world. I have improved my communication skills, gotten more comfortable publicly speaking, and tested out different organizational skills.
Recruitment is a complicated process and as social media has grown, we have had to navigate how to highlight our chapter while staying true to our values. This could include partnering with brands that represent who we are as a chapter, incorporating each members individual backgrounds and interests, or continuing to represent our brand as we are adapting to the constant changes within our media.
